Office Manager/HR/ Executive Secretary- Full Time

Objective :To effectively manage and maintain the office and human resource functions of WCV. To assist administration in meeting the needs of the community in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by administration, to assure that proper administrative procedures are maintained at all times.

Scope of Office Manager/HR, Executive Secretary Position:This busy and diverse position requires proficient multi-tasking, organizational, and people skills. Responsibilities include the combined and varied tasks of the Office Manager, Human Resources Coordinator and Executive Secretary. This position may also serve as secretary to the Board of Trustees. This position must be able to work without restrictions.

Office Manager/HR, Executive Secretary Responsibilities:

Some of the job duties and requirements may include but are not limited to:

-Supervise and schedule all Front Desk/Receptionist personnel.

-Maintain organized files/records.

-Coordinate Computer IT equipment/service/programs.

-Coordinate phone records/service/equipment.

-Coordinate employee payroll/time keeping.

-Stay current on HR policies and procedures including state, federal, and internal regulations.

-Coordinate employee benefits.

-Coordinate federal programs including FMLA and Worker’s Compensation.

-Handle New Employee Orientation.

-Coordinate Board of Trustee meetings/ Serve as Secretary.

-Coordinate Annual Meeting.

Registered Dietitian- Full Time

Objective :To provide for the nutritional needs of WCV residents, consistent with the mission and purpose of Worthington Christian Village and federal and state regulations.

Scope :Responsible for the nutritional oversight for the residents residing in the Health Care Center, Assisted Living, and Independent Living as needed or requested.

Qualifications :

Must be a Registered Dietitian and licensed with the state of Ohio.
Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
Must be able to work without restriction.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Service to Residents:
-Provide medication nutrition therapy to patients with multiple co-morbidities
-Monitor resident weights and adhere to guidance by the state, implementing nutrition intervention programs as needed.
-Develop and maintain clinical nutrition service objectives and standards of care, utilizing current nutrition principles to maintain and improve nutritional status of residents.
-Must be able to work cooperatively with families and residents to ensure both needs and desires are being met to the best of our ability.
-May be available for consults with independent residents, as needed.
-Must maintain confidentiality.

Documentation:
-Completes all documentation in a timely manner, including but not limited to:
-Nutritional assessments
-MDS documentation
-Care plans
-Progress notes
-Discharge planning

Food Service Coordination:
-Must work cooperatively with Food Services Director, filling in, and helping as needed to direct the needs of the Dietary Department.
-Review and edit menus for compliance based on local, state and federal regulations.
-Write and approve all therapeutic diet menus for which there are physician orders.
-Instruct kitchen and nursing staff on proper service of diets.
-Be available during meal service times to assist as needed and insure resident satisfaction and full regulatory compliance.
-Assist with development, implementation, coordination and revision of policies and procedures at least annually or as needed.
-Inspect the dietary area for compliance with current and applicable regulations/standards of care.

Other Duties:
-Develop and complete dietary QAA information and bring prepared information to quarterly meeting.
-Maintain current education regarding changes with regulations and industry standards and lead the team in making the changes to comply with those regulations and standards.
-Performs other duties as assigned by Administrator or Executive Director.
-Must work cooperatively with DON, ADON, and Assisted Living Supervisor and participate as a member of the IDT.
-Must maintain functional relationships with nurses and nursing assistants in both AL, and Nursing.
-Must be able to coordinate care with medical director, or other physicians.
-Must be flexible and be able to fill in as needed in any area of Dining Services as well as assist with special events.
-Help with menu planning and work with staff to improve dining services and resident satisfaction in all

Cook- Part Time

Our dietary department is looking for a part time cook. The ideal candidate for this positions will have excellent customer service skills, be outgoing, interact well with our senior residents, and be dependable for every other weekend and some holidays. Some of the responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

-Preparing all menu items according to recipes and production sheets.

-Provide all required menu items for Main dining room. Assisted Living dining room, and Healthcare Center dining room.

-Help maintain accurate temperatures of all food items and record them in the food log.

-Prepare and plate dining room dinner.

RN or LPN- Part Time

Our community is looking for a part time 1st Shift RN or LPN to join our team. The successful candidate for this position will have a current nursing license in good standing in the State of Ohio. STNA — Full Time

Our Healthcare Center is currently looking for a caring, kind and devoted individual to join our team! We are currently looking for a full time 1st and 2nd shift STNA. The individual must be able to work weekends and holiday hours. Server- Part Time/Full Time

Currently our Dietary department is looking for full and part time Dining Room Servers The ideal candidates for these position will have excellent customer service skills, be outgoing, and interact well with our seniors residents. Some the of duties and responsibilities are listed below.

– Assist residents and guest with seating and selection of menu items

– Great Customer Service.

– Side work in between dining hours.

– Bus dishes as necessary.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

Nursing Assistant- Part Time

Our Assisted Living department is currently looking for a part time, 1st and 2nd shift nursing assistant to join our team. Some of the job duties and requirements may include but are not limited to:

-Assist residents with their activities of daily living.
-Change bed linens and make beds.
-Assist with resident transfers.
-Assist residents with their meal selections and record meal intakes accurately.
-Prepares residents for activities, doctor’s appointments, and going out of the building, etc.
-Answer call lights promptly.
-Must be able to lift without restrictions.
-Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.

The ideal candidate will be caring, kind, and a devoted individual who has a desire to work with the elderly. Must be able to work some weekends and holiday hours.

 Contingent Nursing Assistant
