STNA — Full Time
Our Healthcare Center is currently looking for a caring, kind and devoted individual to join our team! We are currently looking for a full time 1st and 2nd shift STNA. The individual must be able to work weekends and holiday hours. State Tested Nursing Assistant certification is required. Nursing school students encouraged to apply.
Nursing Assistant- Part Time
Our Assisted Living department is currently looking for a part time, evening shift nursing assistant to join our team. Some of the job duties and requirements may include but are not limited to:
-Assist residents with their activities of daily living.
-Change bed linens and make beds.
-Assist with resident transfers.
-Assist residents with their meal selections and record meal intakes accurately.
-Prepares residents for activities, doctor’s appointments, and going out of the building, etc.
-Answer call lights promptly.
-Must be able to lift without restrictions.
-Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
The ideal candidate will be caring, kind, and a devoted individual who has a desire to work with the elderly. Must be able to work some weekends and holiday hours.
Contingent LPN and RN
Our community is looking for contingent LPN or RNs to join our team. The successful candidates for this position will have a current nursing license in good standing in the State of Ohio. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Worthington Christian Village is a great place to work offering a total ministry to the senior adults of Central Ohio. Our Maintenance department is currently looking for a Maintenance/Painter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, capable of working outdoors, some experience in maintenance/painting work, and have excellent customer service. Experience with the elderly population a plus. Must be willing to work some holidays.
Cook- Part Time
Our dietary department is looking for a part time cook. The ideal candidate for this positions will have excellent customer service skills, be outgoing, interact well with our senior residents, and be dependable for every other weekend and some holidays. Some of the responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
-Preparing all menu items according to recipes and production sheets.
-Provide all required menu items for Main dining room. Assisted Living dining room, and Healthcare Center dining room.
-Help maintain accurate temperatures of all food items and record them in the food log.
-Prepare and plate dining room dinner.
Server- Part Time/Full Time
Currently our Dietary department is looking for full and part time Dining Room Servers The ideal candidates for these position will have excellent customer service skills, be outgoing, and interact well with our seniors residents. Some the of duties and responsibilities are listed below.
– Assist residents and guest with seating and selection of menu items
– Great Customer Service.
– Side work in between dining hours.
– Bus dishes as necessary.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.
Utility Worker- Part Time/Full Time
Our dietary department is looking for a part time and full time Utility worker. The ideal candidate for this positions will have excellent customer service skills, be outgoing, interact well with our senior residents, and be dependable for every other weekend and some holidays. Some of the responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
-Maintain the flow of dishes coming in from the dining room and running them through the dish machine
-Clean, sweep, and mop all kitchen areas
-Maintain, clean, and organize stockrooms and paper good areas
-Maintains a clean and organize environment for all refrigerator and freezer units
-Regularly breaks down boxes and takes out trash
-Assists in transporting food items to assigned floors when needed
-Must be able to lift without restrictions. Must be able to life 50lbs or more.
